The Portsman Christmas table has the familiar festive flavours: oven roast, blood sausage, braised cabbage, meat jelly, salads and Christmas cake. The menu suits a company Christmas party or another larger festive gathering.

Warm Christmas roast

  • Larded oven-roasted pork
  • Blood sausage with lingonberry salad and pickled pumpkin

  • Cream sauce

Cold table

  • Red potato and meat salad
  • Bean and ham salad
  • Home-made meat jelly with horseradish sauce
  • Smoked salmon bite
  • Filled eggs and ham rolls
  • Rye basket with wild mushroom salad
  • Chicken liver pâté with red onion jam
  • Lightly salted herring with sour cream and onion
  • Toast with chicken and apricot roll and honey mustard cream

  • Chocolate, curd and cream cheese cake with cherries and gingerbread
